This lady has some great art that's definitely worth checking out. I found her after I saw Lady Of The Swamp and instantly fell in love with the piece.

Her name is Anaya Bladewind and she's a graphic artist. Her art is fantastic; it's creepy and unusual, and unlike anything you've ever seen before.

Sometimes art can say
the things that you can't.
It can tell you the things
you didn't even know you were thinking.
It can paint a picture of your life;
show you who you really are,
whether you want to know or not.

A single picture
can mean so many different things
to so many different people,
it can touch a million lives.

So what does it mean when an artist doesn't want you to know who they are?

Does it mean
they hate what they've created?
That they're embarrassed of feeling;
ashamed that their one vulnerable moment
is captured forever on paper?

Isn't that the whole point?

Lying is hard;
it should be easy,
since I can do it half asleep,
laying on my bed,
zoning out her voice.

But I'm a pro with a conscience,
like a hunter who goes to confession after his kill,
and I can only do this for so long,
since my gut is starting to thaw like the ice outside,
Drip... Drip... Drip.

And I know that I'm going to explode;
puke up excess words with my dinner,
because I really hate to lie,
but what other choice do I have?
She leaves me no room to breathe.
